I'm Annika
So excited you are HERE! I cannot wait to capture your story.
I am a natural light photographer obsessed with making you feel at home in front of the camera.
On a personal note, I am a dedicated fur mom to three spoiled rescue pups. a travel bug, and wife of a firefighter/paramedic.
My goal of your session is to capture you just as you are--whether that be incorporating your sport, snuggling your pup for a few shots, or a hiking adventure on the top of a mountain. I aim to produce photos that capture you, just as you are in this time.

what to expect
payment
Some important things to note: I don't expect you to know what you are doing. You don’t need to come with ideas for poses! Our sessions involve movement, hanging out, and having fun. My goal is to make it a great experience for you AND capture photos that you love!
To book your session, 50% is required as a non-refundable deposit. This secures your date in our calendar! Once you have decided on a package, let me know and I will get you a contract to sign. Once the contract is signed and the deposit is paid I will send you ALL the tips for rocking your session.

timing and location
when + where?
Depending on your desired results, you will want to think about what type of year, what location, and when you schedule your session. For example, if you love the golden yellow and orange vibes, a golden hour (sunset or sunrise) session in the fall will be right up your alley! If you like the greens, spring and summer is a better option for you.
A benefit of working with me is that I've researched all the best locations for you. All sessions include travel within 30 miles of Mount Horeb, WI, and I have TONS of recommendations for you to chose from. After you have booked your session, I will send you over a huge list to pick from, or I can pick for you if you have a rough idea of what you are thinking but don’t want to make the decision (ie. you want lake vibes but don’t care where we go).
Looking for a more unique setting? I travel! Contact Annika today to chat about taking epic photos at your cabin up North or on your favorite beach in Florida. Travel is a huge passion for mine so I keep my travel fees minimal.
Timing and location play a huge factor into your session and your final gallery! Don’t worry though, I’ve got your back.
